Unopened Products
If you change your mind, we accept returns on unopened and unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Faulty Products
If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at info@amluxe.com.au with a photo of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Opened Products
Due to the nature of skincare, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used products unless they are faulty or damaged.
