How many colours does the Lumina mask have? The Lumina mask has 4 colours. Red, Blue, Yellow and Near Infrared
How often should I use the Lumina mask? We recommend using is 3-4 times a week in 10 minute sessions for maximum results
What does each wavelength do?
Red Light - Anti Aging and Skin Repair
Blue Light - Acne and Blemish Control
Yellow Light - Brightening and Calming
Near Infrared - Deep Repair and Recovery
Usage and Care
How do I clean the mask? You can clean your mask with a gentle damp free, alcohol free wipe. Make sure to wipe down the removable eye inserts and then the surface of the mask
How do I charge it? The mask comes with a cable that you plug into an adapter. The remote will show you once completely charged
How long does each session last? Each session is 10 minutes and we advise to use it 3-4 times per week
Can you use the Lumina mask if either pregnant? Please speak with your medical professional in regards to using the device. Please don't use prior to speaking with your doctor
Delivery and Shipping Questions
How much is shipping? Shipping is free on all orders in Australia!
Do you ship internationally? Currently we are only shipping within Australia. However we plan to expand in the near future
How soon do you ship the order? We will have your product shipped within 1-2 business days
How long should it take to receive my order? You should expect to receive your order within 4-10 business days
What happens to my package if nobody is home upon delivery? Making sure your order is delivered safely to you means all of our deliveries require a signature. However if nobody is home, your package will be left at the nearest post office for collection
How do I track my order? Once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you via email. If you have not received it then don't forget to check your spam folder too
Do you offer express shipping? Yes we do. It will be a flat fee of $15
Returns and Warranty
What is your return policy? If a mask is damaged upon receiving, then please take a photo and video of the product and send it to info@amluxe.com.au so our customer service team can arrange a refund or exchange. Please note: The product must not have been worn or used, otherwise it will not be able to be returned
How long is your warranty? We have a 12 month warranty
What if I am unhappy with product and see no results? We have a 60 day money back guarantee if you are unhappy with your purchase
Are you TGA approved? Yes we are TGA approved.
What does TGA approval mean? TGA approval means that our LED mask meets the strict safety and quality standards set by the Australian Therapeutic Goods Administration. It ensures the device is safe to use at home and has been tested for performance, giving you confidence in your investment and results
